1. Connect with your intuition, emotions and energetic body. You will be greeted with a healing Oracle card reading created to connect the property of plants with our emotions and energy body. From there, you will be guided on the main chakras and the best essential oils for each chakra to help you have a healthier and more balanced life.
2. Practice your sense of smell. Ready to inhale the aromas of essential oils and let your intuition guide you to discover which essences you need most and why.
3. The powerful properties of plants. Learn the classification of essential oils by aroma family, benefits and influences, and how to blend them.
4. Prepare your special mixture of essential oils with the aromas chosen with your inner wisdom.
5. Hands-on and make your own natural self-love blend. Let's create your unique formula using the essential oil blend you crafted during the course with a carrier oil, and learn how this natural and magical potion can support your well-being.
